1. Big Chief Victor Harris – Big Chief Victor Harris of the FiYiYi Mardi Gras Indians, tore up the Jazz and Heritage stage at this years Jazz Fest in New Orleans, showing off a simply amazing hand made suit while singing and dancing.
2. Galactic – Stanton Moore added another amazing memory to the 2011 Jazz Fest in New Orleans when he grabbed his snare drum off it’s stand during his solo, bringing it to the front of the stage, and continuing the solo with the help of his band mates holding other toys for him to play with.
3. New Mastersounds with Art Neville – The New Mastersounds with Art Neville closed Crawfish Fest in NJ this year with a spectacular set. I was lucky to organize this shot and have the sun slip me into it as well.
