When Fishbone rolled into the Brooklyn Bowl earlier this month, it is probably safe to say that the night saw more crowd-surfing and stage-diving than the now famed club has seen in quite some time, if ever.
In recent years, the band that vast audiences fell for in the early nineties with the release of The Reality of My Surroundings, now earns their Wheaties solely from the road.
In true testament to the impact that the band’s releases from a decade or more ago still carry much weight, one had to look no further than that recent night in NYC.
