Crested Butte Music Festival
For 16 years, Crested Butte Music Festival has turned Crested Butte into a destination for music, with melodies resounding from outdoors venues, hotels, stunning private homes, churches and barns. In the summer of 2009, the festival hosted a bluegrass performance by the Infamous Stringdusters. The performance was a sellout success and started the wheels turning for a full-blown bluegrass festival that launched in 2010.
